The FARM HOUSE project by ZEROR is a refined interpretation of contemporary luxury infused with natural warmth and timeless materials. The design philosophy focuses on balance—where solid stone textures meet warm wood finishes, creating spaces that feel grounded, elegant, and deeply connected to nature. Every area is crafted to deliver comfort while maintaining a strong visual identity rooted in modern sophistication.

The inspiration from Scandinavian aesthetics, emphasizing simplicity, functionality, and natural beauty. The design combines neutral color palettes—such as whites, grays, and soft pastels—with warm wooden accents to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The interior language emphasizes clean geometry, layered materials, and ambient lighting to enhance spatial depth. Neutral tones dominate the palette, allowing textures such as marble, natural wood, and soft lighting to become the focal elements. ZEROR carefully curated each space to reflect understated luxury while ensuring functionality and visual continuity throughout the farmhouse.

Decorative elements include subtle textures, such as wool throws, linen curtains, and plush rugs, paired with green indoor plants to add life and freshness. The design integrates modern lighting fixtures with a focus on warm tones, balancing contemporary and traditional Nordic influences.

ARCHITECTURAL PLANNING & SPATIAL DESIGN

The bathroom is designed as a luxurious yet calm retreat. Strong vertical lines and rich material contrasts define the space, while concealed lighting highlights architectural details. The composition balances dark stone surfaces with lighter marble finishes, resulting in a space that feels both intimate and elegant.
