This project reflects ZEROR’s commitment to creativity, precision, and zero‑error execution, delivering an entertainment space that is immersive, vibrant, and designed for unforgettable social experiences.

This residential interior project was designed by ZEROR to create a spacious and elegant living environment that reflects modern luxury, comfort, and refined taste. The aim was to develop a welcoming space suitable for family living and social gatherings, while maintaining a clean and sophisticated architectural expression.

The inspiration from Scandinavian aesthetics, emphasizing simplicity, functionality, and natural beauty. The design combines neutral color palettes—such as whites, grays, and soft pastels—with warm wooden accents to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The design concept focuses on openness, symmetry, and visual harmony. Soft neutral tones, carefully layered lighting, and high-quality materials were combined to achieve a calm yet luxurious atmosphere. The layout emphasizes continuity between living and dining areas, enhancing both functionality and spatial flow.

Decorative elements include subtle textures, such as wool throws, linen curtains, and plush rugs, paired with green indoor plants to add life and freshness. The design integrates modern lighting fixtures with a focus on warm tones, balancing contemporary and traditional Nordic influences.

ARCHITECTURAL PLANNING & SPATIAL DESIGN

Living Area

The living area is designed as a grand yet comfortable space, anchored by a long, continuous seating arrangement that encourages conversation and relaxation. The open layout allows flexibility while maintaining a strong sense of order and balance.

Seating & Social Zone

Custom-upholstered seating lines the perimeter, maximizing seating capacity without cluttering the space. Central coffee tables define the social zone and provide functionality while preserving openness.

Dining Connection

The dining area is visually connected to the living space, separated subtly through furniture placement and ceiling treatment. This ensures smooth circulation and a cohesive spatial experience.

DESIGN DETAILS & FINISH STRATEGY

Color Palette

A refined palette of warm beige, soft grey, and light stone tones creates a timeless and elegant environment. Subtle contrasts are used to add depth while maintaining visual calmness.

Materials & Textures

Polished stone flooring, textured wall panels, and marble-finished feature walls bring richness and durability to the space. Soft fabric upholstery adds warmth and comfort.

Furniture & Accessories

Custom-designed seating, sculptural coffee tables, and minimal decorative elements enhance the luxury feel without overpowering the design. Accessories are carefully curated to maintain clarity and elegance.

Lighting Strategy

Recessed ceiling lights, linear lighting details, and a statement chandelier work together to create layered illumination. Lighting highlights architectural elements while providing a warm and inviting ambiance.
