This project reflects ZEROR’s commitment to creativity, precision, and zero‑error execution, delivering an entertainment space that is immersive, vibrant, and designed for unforgettable social experiences.

This villa exterior project was designed by ZEROR to create a modern and elegant residential identity that reflects privacy, comfort, and architectural strength. The objective was to develop a contemporary villa design that balances clean geometry with warmth, offering a refined living environment that integrates seamlessly with its surroundings.

The inspiration from Scandinavian aesthetics, emphasizing simplicity, functionality, and natural beauty. The design combines neutral color palettes—such as whites, grays, and soft pastels—with warm wooden accents to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The design concept is driven by minimalism, strong horizontal massing, and material harmony. Solid architectural volumes are carefully arranged with recessed openings and landscaped elements to create depth and visual rhythm. The exterior expression emphasizes simplicity and proportion, resulting in a calm yet confident architectural presence.

Decorative elements include subtle textures, such as wool throws, linen curtains, and plush rugs, paired with green indoor plants to add life and freshness. The design integrates modern lighting fixtures with a focus on warm tones, balancing contemporary and traditional Nordic influences.

ARCHITECTURAL PLANNING & SPATIAL DESIGN

Villa Massing & Form

The villa is composed of clear, rectilinear volumes that establish a strong architectural identity. The balance between solid walls and glazed openings ensures privacy while allowing natural light to penetrate interior spaces.

Entrance & Forecourt

The entrance is designed as a recessed volume, creating a subtle transition from the exterior to the interior. Soft lighting and textured finishes enhance the arrival experience, making it both welcoming and exclusive.

Landscape & Water Feature

A linear water feature runs along the façade, adding a sense of calm and luxury while visually grounding the architecture. Landscaped elements soften the built form and enhance the connection between architecture and nature.

DESIGN DETAILS & FINISH STRATEGY

Color Palette

A refined palette of warm beige, soft grey, and natural stone tones defines the exterior. These colors provide a timeless aesthetic while complementing the landscape and surrounding context.

Materials & Textures

The façade features textured plaster finishes, stone cladding, and large glass panels. Materials were selected for durability, elegance, and their ability to age gracefully in the regional climate.

Openings & Screens

Floor-to-ceiling glazing is carefully positioned to allow daylight while maintaining privacy. Vertical screening elements add depth, shade, and architectural character to the façade.

Exterior Lighting Strategy

Integrated architectural lighting highlights horizontal lines, entrance volumes, and landscape features. Night-time illumination enhances the villa’s form while maintaining a soft and sophisticated ambiance.
