Color Palette A sophisticated palette of soft beige, warm taupe, and subtle grey tones is used to create a calm and luxurious ambiance. The colors are selected to enhance natural light and spatial depth. Materials & Textures The interior features premium marble finishes, warm wood paneling, and soft textured fabrics. These materials provide a rich sensory experience while maintaining durability and timeless appeal. Furniture & Accessories Custom-designed sofas, armchairs, and marble tables define the seating area. Accessories are kept minimal and elegant to preserve visual balance and architectural focus. Lighting Strategy A sculptural chandelier acts as the centerpiece of the living area, complemented by recessed lighting and concealed LED strips. This layered lighting approach highlights architectural elements and creates a warm, inviting glow.

SPATIAL PLANNING & FUNCTIONAL DESIGN
Reception Area
The reception space is designed as a strong first point of contact, featuring a sculpted reception counter, vertical wall detailing, and integrated lighting. The layout ensures smooth visitor flow while reinforcing the corporate identity through material selection and form.
Executive Workspace
The executive workspace combines openness with privacy, allowing efficient workflow without visual clutter. Natural light, warm finishes, and ergonomic furniture contribute to a comfortable and focused working environment.
Meeting & Conference Room
The meeting room is planned for clarity and professionalism, using glass partitions to maintain transparency while ensuring acoustic control. The space supports presentations, discussions, and decision-making in a composed setting.

The project features natural wood paneling, stone surfaces, glass partitions, and subtle metal details. These materials were selected for durability, elegance, and suitability for a corporate-industrial environment.

Custom-designed and carefully selected furniture ensures ergonomic comfort and visual consistency. All elements align with the overall design language while supporting long working hours.
Lighting Strategy
Layered lighting was implemented using recessed fixtures, indirect LED strips, and feature lighting. This enhances spatial depth, highlights architectural elements, and creates a welcoming ambiance throughout the facility.
