This project reflects Z‑E‑R‑O‑R’s design philosophy of precision, balance, and zero‑error execution, delivering a living space that is elegant, functional, and timeless in character.

This residential project was designed by Z‑E‑R‑O‑R with the aim of creating a refined living environment that balances comfort, elegance, and contemporary design. The space was envisioned as a calm yet sophisticated setting, suitable for both everyday living and social interaction.

The design concept focuses on softness, balance, and visual continuity. Clean lines, warm tones, and carefully selected textures were combined to create a timeless living space. Natural light plays a key role in enhancing the spatial quality, while subtle detailing adds depth without overwhelming the interior.

SPATIAL PLANNING & FUNCTIONAL DESIGN

Living Area

The living area is designed as the central gathering space of the residence. A symmetrical furniture layout encourages conversation and comfort, while maintaining openness and clear circulation. The seating arrangement is oriented to create a relaxed yet structured atmosphere, suitable for both family use and entertaining guests.

Seating & Layout

Low-profile sofas with soft upholstery are arranged to define the space without blocking visual flow. The central coffee table anchors the seating composition and enhances functionality while maintaining visual balance.

Connection to Exterior

Large glazed doors allow natural daylight to fill the space, strengthening the connection between interior and exterior. Curtains and soft furnishings are used to control light and privacy without compromising openness.

DESIGN DETAILS & FINISHES

Color Palette

A neutral palette dominated by soft beige, warm ivory, and muted green accents creates a calm and inviting environment. Subtle contrasts are introduced through darker elements to add depth and definition.

Materials & Textures

The interior features upholstered fabrics, smooth wall finishes, and subtle wood detailing. Textured rugs and soft cushions add warmth and tactile comfort, enhancing the residential character of the space.

Furniture & Accessories

Custom-selected sofas, a stone-finish coffee table, and minimal decorative elements contribute to a refined yet lived-in feel. Accessories are intentionally minimal to maintain clarity and elegance.

Lighting Strategy

Indirect lighting and soft ambient illumination are used to enhance the atmosphere. Decorative wall lighting adds visual interest while maintaining a warm and comfortable glow throughout the living area.
