This project reflects ZEROR’s commitment to precision, modern design, and zero‑error execution, delivering a villa that is architecturally striking, functionally refined, and thoughtfully integrated with its surroundings.

This villa project was designed by ZEROR as a contemporary residential development that reflects elegance, privacy, and modern architectural clarity. The objective was to create a refined family residence that combines strong architectural form with a calm and welcoming outdoor environment.

The design concept focuses on clean geometry, balanced proportions, and a seamless connection between built form and landscape. The villa massing is defined through simple volumes, large glazed openings, and controlled material contrasts, creating a modern yet timeless architectural expression suitable for its residential context.

SPATIAL PLANNING & FUNCTIONAL DESIGN

Villa Massing & Form

The villa is composed of clearly defined volumes arranged to create visual depth and architectural hierarchy. The solid and void relationship enhances both privacy and openness, giving the villa a strong yet elegant presence.

Entrance & Arrival Experience

The main entrance is emphasized through double-height glazing and subtle architectural lighting. The arrival sequence is designed to feel open and welcoming while maintaining a sense of exclusivity and privacy.

Outdoor Circulation & Courtyard

External circulation spaces are planned to flow naturally around the villa, with landscaped elements and palm trees softening the architecture. The courtyard and outdoor areas enhance the villa’s connection to nature and improve the overall living experience.

DESIGN DETAILS & FINISHES

Color Palette

A neutral palette of light stone, warm beige, and soft grey tones defines the exterior, creating a calm and luxurious appearance that complements the surrounding landscape.

Materials & Textures

The façade features natural stone cladding, textured plaster finishes, and large glass panels. These materials were selected for durability, elegance, and their ability to age gracefully over time.

Glazing & Openings

Large floor-to-ceiling windows provide ample natural light and visual connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Slim window profiles maintain a clean and modern aesthetic.

Lighting Strategy

Concealed architectural lighting is integrated into façade lines and landscape elements, highlighting the villa’s form during evening hours while maintaining a soft and sophisticated ambiance.
