SPATIAL PLANNING & FUNCTIONAL DESIGN
Living Area
The living area is designed as a relaxed and welcoming space for daily use and social interaction. The seating arrangement is organized to encourage conversation while maintaining openness and clear circulation throughout the room.
Dining Area
The dining area is seamlessly integrated with the living space, defined through furniture placement rather than physical partitions. A round dining table creates an intimate setting while allowing easy movement and visual continuity.
Seating & Layout
Soft upholstered sofas and lounge chairs are arranged to provide comfort without overcrowding the space. The layout ensures flexibility for different activities while maintaining a clean and uncluttered appearance.
DESIGN DETAILS & FINISHES
Color Palette
A calm palette of warm beige, soft grey, and subtle blush accents creates a balanced and elegant atmosphere. The colors were chosen to enhance natural light and create a sense of warmth and comfort.
Materials & Textures
Natural wood flooring in a herringbone pattern adds richness and texture to the space. Fabric upholstery, smooth wall finishes, and subtle textured panels contribute to a refined yet cozy interior character.
Furniture & Accessories
Custom-selected furniture pieces emphasize comfort and simplicity. Minimal accessories and soft furnishings are used to enhance the space without overwhelming the design.
Lighting Strategy
Recessed ceiling lights and vertical accent lighting are used to define architectural elements. Soft ambient lighting creates a warm and inviting mood during both day and evening hours.
